3F Farms is a family farm rooted in faith, family, and freedom.

We are Will and Erin. This farm grew out of our life experiences, our values, and a shared decision to build a life and a business that actually matter.

Will grew up outdoors and competitive. Athletics, and motorsports shaped his understanding of discipline, preparation, and accountability. A career in motorsports reinforced a simple truth. Outcomes do not care about intentions. What you build, how you prepare, and how you maintain your systems determines whether you succeed or fail.

Farming follows the same rules.

For Erin, this path became clear after becoming a mother. Our son faced serious medical challenges early in life, and nearly losing him reshaped everything. In an instant, priorities crystallized. Be present. Do work that matters. Keep life simple. Get outside. Be a good role model for our child.

In a world where technology is immediate, food is increasingly artificial, and convenience replaces connection, we felt called to slow down and live more intentionally. Erin’s background in medicine, along with living with autoimmune disease, had already made food deeply personal. Parenthood made it foundational. Health is not built through shortcuts or constant stimulation. It is built through daily practices, time outdoors, real nourishment, and values that guide decisions when things are uncertain.

Faith is one of the foundations of 3F Farms. Not as certainty or control, but as trust. Trust that how we live matters. Trust that doing the right thing is worthwhile, even when outcomes are not guaranteed. Walking through our son’s medical journey strengthened our belief in miracles. Not as promises, but as reminders to live with gratitude, humility, and care for what we have been given.

We chose to move out of the city and build a simpler life rooted in presence, stewardship, and responsibility. Farming became a way to live those values out loud. Caring for land, treating animals humanely, and raising food with integrity is both service and stewardship.

We did not start farming because it was trendy. We started because we wanted responsibility. Responsibility for how our food is raised. Responsibility for the land we care for. Responsibility for what we put on our own family’s table.

As parents, this work matters deeply. We want our son to see what honest work looks like. We want him to understand that health, freedom, and resilience are built, not given. We want him to grow up knowing where his food comes from and why doing things the right way is worth the effort.

At 3F Farms, we raise food the way we live, hands on, intentional, and accountable from start to finish. We believe in doing things the right way, without gimmicks or shortcuts. Just real food, raised with care, by a family who stands behind it.
