General Information

3F Farms is a small, family-run farm based in Farmersville, Texas. We raise and sell farm products directly to customers through limited online sales, pre-orders, and scheduled pickups.

By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Availability

• All products are subject to availability. 
• Because we raise animals naturally and in small batches, quantities,      sizes, and weights may vary. 
• Product photos and descriptions are for general reference and may      not represent the exact item received. 

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders when necessary.

Orders, Pre-Orders & Deposits

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.

• A deposit may be required to reserve your order. 
• Final pricing may be based on actual processed weight. 
• Any remaining balance is due prior to or at pickup, unless otherwise      stated. 

Placing a pre-order acknowledges and accepts natural variation in farm-raised products.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. 
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment      providers. 
• We do not store full payment details. 

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

Pickup & Delivery

• Most orders are local pickup only, unless explicitly stated      otherwise. 
• Pickup details (date, time, and location) will be communicated after      purchase. 
• Failure to pick up your order at the agreed time may result in      forfeiture, especially for perishable items. 

We are not responsible for products once they have been picked up.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are perishable and often raised specifically for your order:

• Deposits are generally non-refundable 
• Refunds are not guaranteed once processing has occurred 
• Exceptions may be made at our discretion for farm-related issues or      quality concerns 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to make it right.

Food Safety & Handling

Once products leave our possession:

• Proper handling and storage are the customer’s responsibility 
• We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage or      delayed pickup 

No Guarantees

We do our best to provide high-quality farm products, but we make no guarantees beyond what is expressly stated. All products are provided “as is,” consistent with small-scale agricultural production.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of 3F Farms and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• 3F Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential      damages 
• Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in      question 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
